RETURN POLICY

We strive to give quality service to every customer, if you wish to return an item, please read our return policy information below. If you have any questions, contact us by going to our contact page.

Can I return the product that I purchased?

Yes, but only items that the original package hasn't been opened. As soon as you receive your product, mark it as a return to sender & deliver it to your postal office. Please give us a few days to receive the product and give you a full refund of your item.

If your postal office decides to charge a shipping fee, we will grant a $5.00 coupon on your next order. Please send us an image of the receipt of your shipping charge to receive your voucher.

 

We will establish contact with you once we receive your item, the code will be sent to your email automatically after your refund has been processed completely.

How many days should I wait for my refund?

​

Delivery from the postal office might take 2-5 days, not counting holidays taken by the postal office. After we receive your product, your refund will be processed in the next 24hrs.

What happens If I open the package?

​

No refunds are accepted for opened packages, but you may be able to apply for a store credit. Learn more here. Head over to the refund section to learn your options.
